On this level, you'll find 1 king bedroom, 1 full bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a seating area. Upstairs are the two additional king bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living area, kitchen, balcony, and BBQ grill. The property has a secure gated entrance, full home solar power, a water filtration system, and recycled grey water irrigation. Note: The owners or other guests may be staying at the main house, however, there is ample space between the main house and the villa for added privacy.
